The Vicious Casting: Hawaii and Stereo

Welcome back to The Vicious Casting.  This will be a very special installment because I don't have any picks for these characters.
The characters we focus on today will be Claire Mahaulu AKA Hawaii

and Victoria Belfast AKA Stereo.

So as far as roles in the story go Hawaii is the team doctor and Stereo is the team tech expert.  The two of them are friends who met through humanitarian work.  Stereo would design cybernetic body parts for victims or war and violence and Hawaii would perform the surgery to attach them.
So as far as casting goes I am not sure who would be suited to play these characters.  They are both meant to be in their mid-late twenties.  Lets focus on them individually for the moment.

Like all the members of Doctor Charlotte Mothman's team Claire Mahaulu is an exceptional young woman.  She originally studied biological science but then switched to medicine becoming an expert in the study of brain chemistry, DNA, and reconstructive surgery.  She was raised by her grandparents and her switch in areas of study came after she learned the truth about her biological parents.  She is from Hawaii and is meant to be Native Hawaiian.  Also the character Brian Chesterton is her cousin.
I would prefer she be played by an actress who is actually Native Hawaiian.

Victoria Belfast was left deaf after a terrorist attack when she was a child.  She was given cybernetic ear implants so she never really knew what it was like to live without her hearing.  She became an expert in cybernetic technology and decided to help others who were the victims of violence.
She is meant to be of Caucasian European descent.  I have considered that she might be from a European nation but that is not for sure.  Whoever plays her would have to be willing to go with a shorter hairstyle but there are few ways that can be worn.  Also they would have to be okay with her space electronics outfit.

So if anyone out there has any suggestions I would love to hear them.
